This role is responsible for managing the process of acquiring residential properties.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with homeowners interested in selling their properties
Evaluate property condition, market value, and investment potential
Negotiate and structure purchase agreements that create win-win solutions
Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and deals in the CRM system
Qualifications:
Experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or related fields preferred
Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable working independently and meeting performance goals
